Thanks for joining us here at TD Helps, Debbie. We'd be happy to provide further details regarding TD Prepaid Visa Cards.
Based on your question, it sounds like you are looking to obtain a prepaid Visa Card which allows you to make purchases anywhere Visa is accepted, make ATM withdrawals, and allows the ability to load funds on the card when needed. If so, we invite you to check out: http://bit.ly/1Iftukf for more information regarding our TD Connect Reloadable Prepaid Visa Card and also here: http://bit.ly/1EhaagM for more details on the TD Connect Card guide.
If you have any questions regarding this card, feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/1AHFwek for the FAQs that could help.
Please note, to obtain this card, we do ask that you visit a TD Store during lobby hours for assistance.
According to your location, it may be hard to visit us to obtain this card. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We also have a TD Go Card in which you may apply for right online at www.tdbank.com. TD Go is a reloadable prepaid card that gives the teens the freedom of making their own purchases, online or at a store, and it is accepted wherever Visa debit and credit cards are accepted. It also gives the parents the ability to set boundaries for the teens' spending. For more information on the TD GO card, take a look here: http://bit.ly/1d2j6OJ and here: http://bit.ly/1gRpCay for our FAQs. Please note, although this card is designed for our teen Customers, you are welcome to utilize this card if you wish.
The Account Owner must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and have a valid U.S. address to purchase and register the Card. The Cardholder must be at least thirteen (13) years of age in order to be authorized to use the Card. If you are interested in getting a card for your teen or if you would like to send one as a gift, you can do so by visiting this link: http://bit.ly/1jWLKzt to take you to the "Enrollment" page. Please select the "Enrollment Type" and select "Continue". You will then be asked to create your profile and a series of questions will be asked. Once you've created a profile, you will then be able to add your teen by selecting the "Adding a Teen" button. You will need to provide the teen's information and fund the card.
Please note that in order to fund a TD Go Card you must have a TD Bank debit or credit card. We also encourage you to visit: http://bit.ly/1eSK0Dufor the Terms and Conditions for the TD GO Card and also here: http://bit.ly/1zrVD2w for information on the TD Go Card guide. Any additional questions about TD Go Cards can also be answered by calling TD Go Card Customer Service 24/7 at 855-219-8050.
