Welcome to TD Helps, Dan. We'll be glad to provide you with options to access your previous statements.
If you're looking for the August 2013 statement for your personal or business Checking, Savings or Money Market account, they will be available to you via Online Banking. If you are not already signed up for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number (or Tax Identification number, if it's a business) to enroll online. Once you're enrolled and logged in, to view past statements you would:
- Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
- Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
- Click on the “Statements” tab.
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
Another way to access this statement is to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, after account verification our Specialists will be happy to put in a request to mail the statement to the address we have on file for your account.

If you'd like us to fax the statement to you, we ask that you send us a written fax request. To do so, please send your request to our Fulfillment department at 856-533-1138 with the following information:
- Your name
-Your full account number
-The month and year of the statement you request
- Your fax number
Our Fulfillment Department is available to assist you 24/7 for your convenience. If everything is correct and matches the information we have on file, you should receive your statement within 2-3 hours of receiving the fax.
If your inquiry is in regard to a TD Credit Card statement, please contact TD Card Services 24/7 at 888-561-8861. If your inquiry is about a loan product, please contact a Banking Specialist in our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
