I am currently outside the USA and my TD visa debit card has expired. I need a new one sent to me so I can open an online TD bank account, to pay bills etc... Better yet, can you help me set up an online account with just my TD bank account? I can't call the 1800 customer service numbers from abroad. Thanks!

Good afternoon Cheikh, thanks for connecting with us today. We're happy to provide you with the information needed to obtain a new debit card.
You'll be happy to know that you may request a new debit card to be mailed to your current location. This can be completed either via your Online Banking profile. To send a Secure Message to us online, please log in to your account at: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then click on Send a Message. Please including the following information either in your secure message online:
-Your account number
-Your request for an expedited card
-Address to where the card should be mailed
-Please include the following statement: "I take full responsibility for the card being mailed to the alternate address.”
Once we receive your complete request, we can request the card for you. As you are writing us from abroad, you can contact us 24/7 from outside the United States on 1-856-751-9000, or call us collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Hope this helps Cheikh. Have a great trip and stay safe!

Thanks Shanika. Unfortunately I don't have an online account currently to apply for the debit card and I can't open one with my expired debit card. I am still outside the US. Is there another way for me to request that the card be mailed to me? Your answer says: "this can be completed either via your online banking profile..." what is the other option for applying for the new card to be mailed to me? Over the phone? I would rather apply via email though if you can send me a secure link to apply for the new card. If my only other option is through the 1-856-751-9000 or 1-215-569-0518 numbers, please confirm. Thanks!

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, Cheikh. Sorry to hear that you don't have access to your Online Banking, and we'll be happy to provide additional options.
You may contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000, and one of our Specialists will be happy to order a debit card for you, and have it mailed to your address. As you have stated that you are overseas, you may also call collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for shipping.
We hope this information is Cheikh, and please let us know if you have any questions.
