As a TD Visa Debit Card holder, you are able to use your Card anywhere Visa is accepted worldwide. Even though we do not have any locations in California, you are able to make withdrawals at any ATM in the Visa or NYCE network.
Please know that for the use of non-TD ATMs there may be fees applied based on your account type. To learn more please visit http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. For transactions conducted at non-TD ATMs, the institution that owns the terminal (or the network) may also assess a fee at the time of your transaction, including for balance inquiries.
Please note that many major retailers and grocery chains will allow you to get cash at the register without a fee. If you're using a Visa Debit Card, when making your purchase, please look for a cash-back option at the time you're swiping your card to avoid paying ATM fees for cash.
We also recommend, if you have not done so already, updating your address. You are able to update your address by giving us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Representatives will be glad to update this information for you.
If you're enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to change your address online. To do so please first access your accounts from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're logged into your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that shows "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address."
