Welcome to TD Helps, Joanne and thanks for writing in today! We'll be happy to go over the ways to obtain check copies.
If you are enrolled in online banking and you are currently enrolled in paperless statements, you have access to the past 18 months of account activity. Please log into your account, click on the Statement tab and select the statement that the check in question falls into.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
Another option would be sending a secured message requesting the check to be mailed to your home address or to be faxed to you. If you choose to have the check copy mailed to you, please keep in mind that it can take up to 7-10 business days.
You may also reach out to our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can mail the check copy. Feel free to stop by any TD Bank location to receive the check copy in question as well.
We hope the information provided above is helpful and please let us know if you have any questions, Joanne!
