If you are referring monthly statements for your TD deposit account, such as Checking, Savings or Money Market account and you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on
3. Click on the “Statements” tab
4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement”
5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have not yet enrolled for Online Banking, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and an email address. If you have trouble enrolling, you may contact our Banking Specialists who are available 24/7. You can reach them from outside the US by dialing 1-856-751-9000, or call collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518.
Additionally, you may request to have your statements mailed to you by calling us 24/7 by calling the number mentioned above. You should expect to receive your statements at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office and location.
