Thanks for joining us today, Gil. We're happy to help lead you into the right direction to request the check information you are looking for.
If you are enrolled to Online Banking, you are able to view check images for free when you enroll in Online Statements, beginning with statements generated after January 4, 2012. Or you can send us a secure message requesting a copy through your Online Banking account.
If you’re not already enrolled for Online Banking you may do so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. To enroll you will need your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number to complete the enrollment. Once you're signed in, to send a secure message please click on the Customer Service tab and then “Send a Message.”
You also have the option to request a copy of the check over the phone by calling our Customer Service Representatives at 1-888-751-9000 anytime. Another option is to send us a fax to 856-533-1138 (Attention: Fulfillment); if you choose any of these options please make sure to include your name, account number, and any check information you may know (including date, amount, and name of payee), a small message of your request, and if you are sending a fax, your signature. Also keep in mind that by choosing any of these options you will receive the copy in the mail within 5-7 business days.
Finally, you may also request a copy by visiting your local TD Bank Store where you can obtain the copy immediately. For Store hours please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Hope this information helps, thanks again for stopping by, Gil!
