Happy Saturday, Taylor, and welcome to TD Helps.
We apologize that you're having trouble enrolling in online banking, but please don’t worry, as we're here to help!
When looking to enroll in online banking using TD Bank's self-service enrollment, you will need to have your account number, debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number. In the event that you don't have this information, we'll gladly assist you with your enrollment at 1-888-751-9000! Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you're unable to call, we understand. You would also have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
It's great to have you as part of our TD family, Taylor, and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Enjoy the start to your weekend!
