Thanks for stopping by today, Robert. We'll be glad to explain how to obtain your 1099-INT forms.
These forms were generated and mailed by January 31, 2015 to our Customers who earned more than $10.00 in interest for the year of 2014. If you have gained greater than $10.00 in interest and have not received your 1099-INT forms at this time, we have some options for you.
You may give us a call, send a secure message or visit any TD Bank Store for this information. You may choose the option that is most convenient for you! To connect with one of our Banking Specialists, you can call 888-751-9000, 24/7 and upon verification, they will be able to provide you with the total interest you earned and they can submit a request for a copy of your 1099-INT form if you have earned more than $10.00 in interest for the previous year.
To send a secure message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and to start the process please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a secure message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." In your secure message, please be sure to include your current address and the reason you're requesting a copy (i.e. lost other copy, did not receive original).
As always, you are more than welcome to visit your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours to submit this request. You can find locations here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Robert and please let us know if you have any other questions. Enjoy your day!

Thanks for joining in, Yelena. We'd be glad to discuss.
Our 1099-INT interest forms were mailed this year by January 31st, 2016 and the same guidelines that Colleen mentioned above still apply. These forms were only sent if your accounts earned greater than $10.00 in interest for 2015.
If you need your interest total, feel free to reach out to us using the contact methods that Colleen mentions above.
Thanks again for joining in, Yelena and have a good morning.

Thanks for joining in, Barbara.
Please know that TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum. Because of this, we do not have access to your account/personal information to send you your tax form. We recommend using the contact methods mentioned in the replies above.
Have a great day, Barbara.
