Thanks for visiting TD Helps, Khanya! We know the importance of having access to your account number and we are more than happy to provide you with the ways to obtain it.
For the security of your account information, we do not provide account numbers via e-mail or over the phone. However, there are a few options you have to retrieve your account number and we are happy to provide them to you. You may view your account number on the upper right hand side of your account statements. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. You may find your statements through Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562 for further assistance in enrolling in Online Banking.
You can always visit your local TD Bank during lobby hours for additional assistance if you are unable to access your statements via Online Banking. Click here http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a Store location near you.
We hope you find this information useful, Khanya and enjoy the rest of your day!
