Thanks for joining the TD Helps community this morning, LaTasha.
For help with your account number, it will be listed on the bottom of your checks or on the top right of your statements. If you don't have checks or statements available and still need your account number, a Customer Service Representative from any of our Store locations will be able to assist you further. You will need to bring identification (Driver's License, passport, State ID) and your Social Security number.
You would also have the option to view your account number and information using our Online Banking Service. To sign up for Online Banking for your Personal checking account, without your account number, we recommend getting in touch with our Digital Banking Specialists for further assistance. They are available 24/7 at 800-493-7562. You're also welcome to stop by a TD Bank Store for help setting up your Online Banking. For hours and locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you're looking to enroll your Business account for TD Bank BusinessDirect we ask that you visit a TD Bank Store, during lobby hours to sit down with a Customer Service Representative who will help complete the set up process.
Hope this helps answer your question and have a wonderful week!
