Thanks for writing to us here at TD Helps today, Linda.
If you enter your user name or password incorrectly, you can try again to log in. However, if you enter your user name and password incorrectly too many times, your account will be locked and you will have to re-set your password.
Locking your account is a security method that protects your information from someone who is attempting to access your Online Banking account by trying to guess your login credentials.
Here is the easiest way to re-set your Online Banking password:
1. Go to the Online Banking log in page
2. Select "Reset Password"
3. Click the link "Please click here if you have already set-up your security question"
4. Select your account type, enter in your user name and answer your pre-selected security questions
5. Enter and re-enter your new password
If you are having trouble logging onto your account online or if you don't remember your log in information, we recommend you contact Online Banking at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Customer Representative, 24/7, for further assistance.
Enjoy your day!
