To reset your Online Banking User Name and Password, there are a couple of options to consider and we'll be happy to review both for you!
If you're logging in to your Personal TD Bank Online account and know your current credentials, you'll be able to reset this information after you log in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you're viewing your accounts, please click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. The first two links there will be able to help you; please click on Change Username and Change Password to complete an update. If you're a BusinessDirect user, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. The process for updating this info is very similar; search for the Customer Service tab. Click on Change Password or Change User ID, enter your current information and the new information you prefer, and submit at the bottom.
If you'd like to change this information because you're unable to access your account, we apologize for any trouble and are glad to direct you to a friendly Banking Specialist, who will be more than happy to assist you in resetting this information. Please contact us directly at 888-751-9000 (or 800-493-7562, Option 2 for BusinessDirect) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
