Welcome to TD Helps, Natone and thanks for posting your question. We'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about your pin number.
If you have forgotten or misplaced your pin for your debit card, you can obtain it in a few different ways.
Your first option would be to either reset your pin or have a new one sent to you via mail by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours and speaking to a Representative. For hours and locations near you, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores .
You can also contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can request a pin reminder to be sent to your home address. If you choose to send a secured message, you must first be enrolled in online banking. . If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and click on the ''Customer Service'' tab and then select ''Send a Message.'' Please note that pin reminders can take up to 10 business days for shipping.
If you are attempting to obtain the verification password on your account (password placed on your personal account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone), you may request to change it by calling Customer Service at the telephone number listed above.
Let us know if you have any questions and have a great evening!
