Nice to see you on TD Helps tonight, Nickia! We'll be glad to provide the ways that you can obtain your account and routing number.
Routing numbers are based upon the TD location where you originally opened your account. For a list of our current routing numbers, please check out http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF . If you're not certain which TD you opened your account at, your routing number will also be listed on the bottom of your check; the first set of numbers. Otherwise, you're more than welcome to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to find out your routing number or visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
Please note that we are unable to provide your account number over the telephone or through email for security reasons. However, there are other ways that you can obtain your account number.
One of the easiest ways that you can obtain your account number is through your online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, please give us a call 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. Once you are enrolled in online banking, please sign into your account, click on the Account tab and you'll be able to see your full account number.
You're more than welcome to visit any TD Bank during lobby hours with photo ID to obtain both your account and routing number as well.
We hope this helps and have a wonderful night, Nickia
