Thanks for writing in Papken and we are sorry you're having difficulties with your existing debit card.
To discuss the best options to get a replacement card while travelling overseas, we recommend reconnecting with us via phone. Since you are outside of the United States, you may connect with us by dialing 856-751-9000 or collect with operator's assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 215-569-0518 (will not work from U.S.-based mobile phones).
For your protection, we will also continue to monitor your card activity even when a travel notification is set, and we may decline any irregular debit card transaction that is attempted. If you have not already placed a travel notification on your account and to avoid service interruption please call us at the number listed above. If you are setup for Online Banking, another option would be to send a secured message using www.tdbank.com and request the Travel Notifications be added to your account. To send a secured message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see and option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.” Please include your travel destination(s) and travel dates. If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, his account number, and his e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
Hope this helps and have a great weekend Papken!
