I want roll over a deferred comp. account from my job to my TD Bank IRA, one of the requirements from Nationwide is to have a letter written to them that your bank will except my money, and the address of the bank and that they will except an E transfer. Without this letter they will not send my money and if I ask them for a check mailed to me they will tax me. My TD Bank gave me a Roll Over form, Nationwide WILL NOT except this form, it has to be in the form of a letter. How can I get My TD bank to write a letter please. Or they will tax me to send a check to me. Please help.
