Welcome back to TD Helps Lawrence.
We do offer accounts that you can receive monthly paper statements and have this fee waived and invite you to check out our fee schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more details. Please review the chart at the bottom of the page to locate the types of accounts which waive this fee.
If you are currently a TD Customer and would like to change your existing account to a different product type, you may call our Banking Specialists at the number listed below or send us a secure message via Online Banking.
To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank Online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq . On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. When sending us the secure message, please be sure to provide us your account number and the account type you are requesting and we will be happy to process your request. If you have not enrolled, feel free to call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists.
Lastly, you may feel free to visit us during lobby hours to speak with a Customer Service Representative.
We remain committed to ensuring the highest level of satisfaction with all of our products and services. Please note; your account number will remain the same even though your account type is being changed as long as you change to the same type of product.
However, if you are not a TD Customer and would like to open the account, we appreciate the interest in banking with TD Bank and would be happy to help!
