Thanks for writing in this Friday evening, Eileen! We're happy to help with your check copies and hope you're doing well.
To obtain copies of checks you may have written last year, you have a couple of options. First, if your account is enrolled for paperless statements, cancelled check images would be available to view on the last page of your statement for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online, you can log in to your Online Banking account at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After selecting the "Accounts" tab and the account you would like to view, please click on the green "Statements" tab to select the month and year of the statement. If you receive paper statements at this time instead, check images would also be printed on your paper statements if you opted to receive these for a small fee, or if your account type provides these free of charge.
If your check images were not available as above, don't worry, as we have other ways to help you. You are always welcome to give one of our dedicated Banking Specialists a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and they can mail the copies to your home address. Or, feel free to request copies while logged in to your online banking account, by sending a Secure Message. Log in as above, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right, then use the "Other Copy Requests" link to make your request. Also, if you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request the copies to be printed. Many times we can assist you while you wait. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Kindly note that we'll only be able to provide copies of checks that have been presented to your account for payment. Please also keep in mind that for multiple copies, fees can apply; please see http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for our current Fee Schedule.
We hope this provides some help with your copies, Eileen! All the best and have a great weekend.
