Thanks for reaching us on TD Helps, Eli. We'd be happy to review how to enroll for online statements.
In order to sign up for paperless statements, you must first be set up for Online Banking. If you have not done so yet, you can begin the process by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please note that you'll need your account number, Social Security number, your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card number and your email address. If you run into any problems while enrolling or are missing any of the mentioned pieces of information, please contact us directly at 800-493-7562 to speak with our Digital Banking Specialists. They are available 24/7 to help! You may also visit a TD Store to enroll. For Store hours and locations near you, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you missed the option to enroll for paperless statements during the enrollment process, you can enroll by selecting the "Online Statement Settings" link listed under the " Help & Related Tasks" box on the left side of your screen or you could select the "Customer Service" tab and under "Self Service, click on "Online Statement Settings" link. After selecting the necessary link, you will now be at the "Update Online Statement Settings" page. Please select the account(s) you'd like to change the statement settings for, confirm your email address, and also read the "Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement" and the "Hardware and Software Requirements", a window should pop up. After reading the required documents, please check the boxes and select "Save Changes".
You will now receive an email notification when a statement is available for viewing. To view a copy of a statement, you can do so by selecting the "Statements" tab under "Account History".
We hope this helps, Eli and have a good day.
