Welcome to TD Helps, Shucheng. We'd be glad to help.
Based on your question, it sounds as though you're referring to transferring funds online. The amount of funds you are able to transfer via Person-to-Person Payments may vary and is specific to you. To determine your personal limits, we ask that you log in to Online Banking. You are able to do so here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
After you sign in, please select the "Person-to-Person Payments" tab. Select a contact from your list or "Add a New Contact" and fill in their information. Next, enter an amount that you would like to transfer. By entering a dollar amount in the field, a link will appear entitled "View Limits." When you select this link, a window will appear detailing your specific limit information.
Please know that these limits are in place for the security of our Customers' accounts and cannot be raised.
If you have trouble locating your limits or you'd like to discuss, you are welcome to call our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562. Our Representatives will be glad to help you locate this information and review. Similarly, you are able to visit any TD Store during lobby hours for help. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps and have a good day!
