Hi there Md,
Thanks so much for joining us today.
We're pleased that you're taking advantage our automated Bank-by-Phone (IVR) option for checking on your accounts! If you have used this system in the past and can't recall your phone code right now, please give us a call to speak with one of our Specialists. Use the same number you're familiar with – 888-751-9000 – and just press zero to reach an agent, 24/7. We'll be able to help you reset your code when we chat with you.
On the other hand, if you haven't set your phone code up yet, no worries as we can instruct you here. The first time you call Bank-by-Phone, it will prompt you to enter either your account number or your TD Bank Visa Debit card number. After that, it will ask you to confirm the last four digits of your Social Security number. After entering your SSN, you will then be asked to create a unique four-digit phone code to use for future access in the system. Please keep in mind that this code is independent of the PIN associated with your TD Visa Debit card and we do not recommend using the same code, for your account security.
Thanks again for getting in touch with us, Md and we hope this helps!
Please feel free to reply to us here with any additional questions.
Wishing you a lovely week!
