If you've tried to enroll for U.S. Online Banking and received the email you've mentioned, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists. After account verification, they will be happy to assist you with the enrollment process.
