If you are currently enrolled for Online Banking and are unable to view one or more of your TD Bank accounts through your online account, we ask you to please contact our Digital Banking Team 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562. After one of our Specialists has verified you with the proper identification information, they’ll be able to add the accounts to your Online Banking in no time or guide you in the right direction.
If you prefer assistance in person, or if you are interested in linking a Business Account to your personal Online Banking account and there are multiple signers on your business account, you can visit your local TD Bank Store with the other account signers and your valid photo ID during the lobby hours. A Representative will be happy to help you there; please check here http://bit.ly/TDStores for Store locations and hours near you.
If you would like to link the accounts for another purpose, such as Overdraft Protection, please note that you are able to link your Checking account to an existing Statement Savings or Money Market account to cover your Checking in the event of an overdraft. Please speak with a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000, who can mail the form for your signature, or you may visit any TD Bank Store location to complete this process in person.
