I have my account password but I do not know what is the username that it ask for ?
Also, how long should it take for a wiretransfer to be available on my account?

With regard to your wire transfer, you can check on this once you're able to log in, or with any Representative. Wire transfers sent to your account in U.S. Dollars can be received until 6:30 pm EST on each business day, or if the incoming wire is Foreign Currency it can be received until 3:30 pm EST. We can review this in better detail with you once we get in touch.
