I want to log in to see my auto loan status. It is automatically withdrawn monthly but I want to know my login information.

If you are interested in finding out the status of your TD Auto Loan, you have the option to view it online. If you are not signed up for TD Bank Online Banking and would like to enroll, first, make sure you have your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, Social Security number and, email address handy. Once you do, please visit here http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. After selecting the link, you will be asked to choose "Personal" or "Business." When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for your Personal Online Banking, that’s okay! We can provide other options for you. You may contact us 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a dedicated Digital Banking Specialist. After account verification, we would be happy to help get you set up!
To cancel or change the date of a scheduled loan payment or with any other questions, please contact our Financial Solutions Group at 800-457-2387; Monday-Sunday. We recommend calling before 5:30 p.m. on the business day the payment is schedule for to cancel or reschedule payment.
If your Auto Loan is through TD Auto Finance, you may contact a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 10:00PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 7:00PM at 1-800-556-8172 to help you log-in the online site and check your loan status.

I just want to view my auto loan. I cannot enroll online because I do not have a TD Bank debit card. I don't want a bank account. I only want to see my loan status.

If your loan is with TD Bank, we ask that you contact our Financial Solutions Group at 1-800-937-5020, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once speaking with a Specialist, they'll be more than happy to provide you with instructions on how you are able to set up an automatic payment!
