Security questions are typically set up during the enrollment process of Online Banking. If you have not currently signed up, you may do so anytime here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address. By following the prompts, you will end up creating your security questions prior to viewing your accounts. If you have trouble with the enrollment process or are missing the mentioned pieces of information, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store in your area. For Store hours and locations near you please visit https://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're currently using our Mobile App, please note that you won't be able to add new Security Questions on that version of our site. But no worries! Please access your Online Banking account by using your PC or laptop from here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq, where you can add your Security Questions and Answers right after logging on to your account. If you do not have enough security questions on file, the site will prompt you to add additional questions at the time you log in. If you have already met the requirement, please note that no prompt will occur if no questions need to be added. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser tohttp://go.td.com/1rvBmq8 and follow the same steps to add your Security Questions and Answers.

A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions and answers include:
- Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question.
- Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like "Rd." instead of "Road".
- Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. So you only have to remember the answer - not whether or not you capped any of the words in your answer.
