Thanks for choosing us for your new account Elsa!
Great to see you today and we'd be happy to help with account-opening instructions.
If you've already checked out our website and selected a type of account you would like, you have three options to get this started. First, you can open your account online using the Open Account button available near each type of account on the page. Links to our checking and savings pages are available below for you! If you'd prefer to speak with a Banking Specialist, you could also open your new account over the phone; just reach out to us anytime at 888-751-9000. We are available 24/7 to help guide you through an account opening and answer any questions that you have along the way.
Or, you always have the option to stop by for assistance. Please take a look here if you can make it in to sit down with a Banking Specialist and open your new account in person: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Stop by during lobby hours and we can set you up with a new account and issue you an ATM/Debit card on the spot!
No matter how you'd like to open your new account(s), there are two forms of identification that we will need to process your information. We'll just need your Social Security number and a form of photo identification, like a Driver's license, Passport, or State-issued ID.
In case you haven't taken a look at the accounts we offer yet, or you'd like to get started online, you can compare our different Checking products here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF. If you need any help deciding which one is the best for you, we invite you to use our helpful Checking Selector found here: http://bit.ly/KmmHe7. Or, if you're looking to start saving, you can review our available Savings and Money Market accounts right here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT. We also offer a similar Savings Selector to help identify the right product for you. If you'd like some guidance on our Savings accounts, you can find that here: http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd.
Hoping this helps, Elsa and thanks again for your business!
We're available again if your have other questions, so please just let us know with a reply. Have a great holiday weekend!
