I have already opened a bank account with TD but having an online banking account will be more convenient. Do I have to go in a TD store in person to get my online banking account set up as I don't have a SSN to do it online?

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble enrolling in Online Banking, and we'll be more than happy to help.
It's important to note that in order to enroll manually; you will need to have your account number, debit card number, valid email address, and a Social Security Number. As you stated that you don't have a Social Security Number, don't worry! You may simply contact us either by phone, or by visiting a TD Store location and we'll be more than happy to help you enroll.
If you'd like to call, you may dial 800-493-7562 to reach our Tech Support Team, and after verification, a Tech Support Specialist will be happy to set you up for Online Banking, and walk you through the process of logging in for the first time. If you prefer to visit a Store location, you're also welcome to do so, during lobby hours.
