I wanted to know how can I pay my bills for my phone, car, utility etc

Welcome back, Judi! We appreciate your interest in taking advantage of all of our convenient online services. We'll be glad to review our Bill Pay feature with you.
You are more than welcome to use our free Bill Pay service, which is available to you via your Online Banking account. If you are making a payment to a third-party company, such as for your phone or electric bill, you'll want to use Bill Pay service for this type of payment. Once you are enrolled in Online Banking as we wrote to you about previously, you're welcome to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. To begin using Bill Pay, once you're logged in please select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills! Please follow any prompts to get started.
