Thanks for joining us at TD Helps, Jean. We are sorry to hear about your difficulties and would be happy to help provide details on how to print your statements via your TD Online Banking.
To begin, please log onto your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you are logged in, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
In case you are still experiencing difficulties, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help request statement copies and we'll be happy to mail the statements to your address on file.
For copies of statements for your loan or line of credit or for a detailed account history, feel free to reach our Financial Solutions Group Specialists 24/7 at 800-937-5020, and we'll be glad to help.
Or if you'd like, you're welcome to visit any of our local Stores to obtain the copies. In many cases you can have them printed while you wait. Please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your local Store and lobby hours.
We hope this helps, Jean. Let us know if you need anything else. Have a wonderful day!
