tried to apply for paperless credit card statements it won't let us do it we have everything else with the bank that is paperless why is this not working

Based on your concerns, it sounds as though you're trying to enroll your credit card in paperless statements using Online Banking. Keep in mind that Online Banking is best suited for our deposit accounts. Because of this, there are some aspects that aren't compatible with TD credit cards.
Don't worry though! You can enroll your credit card at TD Card Services, our online portal for credit cards specifically. You're able to do so here: http://bit.ly/1qnXrso. Be sure to have your credit card handy.
After you sign up, you will have access to rewards, detailed statements as well as the ability to sign up for paperless statements for your credit card.
