I have tried to register a gift card but it won't go through. I personally don't have an account. I've tried on line and by phone and can't get through with either. Can you help me?

If you're having issues registering your gift card, we'd like point out that your initial password will be the 3-digit security code printed on the signature panel on the back of the card.
