I do not see the insurance biller for $18 per month listed to remove so I can I stop the auto pay? thank you

Good afternoon, Christine, and welcome.
We're sorry that you're having trouble cancelling a bill payment you may have, and we'll be more than happy to help.
To get started, you'll first want to log into your online banking using the link here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq, and once you have successfully done so; you'll next want to click on the 'Bill Pay' tab towards the top, right hand side of your screen. Once here, you should be able to view all of your Pending Payments towards the right hand side of your screen, and if you want to cancel a payment, you'll simply need to click the green 'Cancel' hyperlink. Similarly, you can also change payment details by clicking the 'Change' hyperlink.
