Thank you for coming to TD Helps with your question, Louna.
If you had an account which is now closed, we apologize as the same account won't be able to be reopened. However, you are always welcome to establish a new account with us. Please note that if the previous account became closed due to an overdrawn balance, you'll want to pay the amount due prior to opening a new account. Payment arrangements can be made by contacting our Recovery Department directly at 800-354-9769, Monday through Friday 8am-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm, or by visiting any TD Bank Store and stopping by a Teller station.
Once you have done so, or if no funds are owed, feel free to apply for a new account by using any of the following convenient methods. We're available by phone 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to open an account. Prior to opening an account we encourage you to view and compare our Checking accounts, visit http://bit.ly/Wczmq0 or check out our Checking Selector Tool http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU for help selecting a Checking account that is the best fit for you. We offer many types of Savings Accounts that can fit your needs. We recommend taking a look at http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT for more detailed information on each particular Savings Account available at TD Bank. You may find it helpful to check out our customized Savings Selector tool, found here: http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd.
If you would like, you may also open the account at any TD Bank Store found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, or online at: http://bit.ly/1fN7u4i.
Let us know if this helps answer your question and have a nice day.
