You came to the right place for assistance, Earnest. We understand your concern and would be glad to help.
If your account is still active and currently has an overdrawn balance, you may wish to continue to deposit funds into the account to rectify the balance. Please kindly keep in mind, when a Checking or Money Market Account remains in overdrawn status for sixty (60) Calendar Days, or such earlier time that we determine that the overdraft balance is uncollectible, the Bank will close and place the Checking or Money Market Account in collection status. For more information, we invite you to view our Deposit Account Agreement at: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pgs. 9-10) for additional information. We'd also like to let you know that if an account continues to be overdrawn for ten (10) consecutive business days, a sustained overdraft fee may be assessed. Please take a look here at our current Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information.
However, if your account has been closed due to a negative balance, we invite you to connect with our Recovery Specialists as they would be best to assist. Our Recovery Specialists are available Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and can be reached at 800-742-2651. Once connected, they'll be happy to help set up payment arrangements.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any other questions.
