Good afternoon and thanks for writing into TD Helps today, Anne! We'll be sure to provide some options for you to obtain copies of your tax forms.
We'd like to begin by stating that 1098 and 1099 tax forms were mailed to our customers who had eligible accounts, either earning $10.00 or more in interest or paying more than $600.00 in interest, by January 31, 2015. With that being said, we recommend contacting us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stopping by a local TD Bank during lobby hours for assistance. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to determine if your accounts were eligible for either a 1098 or 1099 tax form.
If your accounts are eligible, you may contact us at the telephone number listed above, visit us at any TD Bank Store or send us a secured message via online banking to request a copy. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days for shipping, depending on your post office.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have additional questions. Take care, Anne!
