I can not change my pass word as it asks for SSN which I do not have, I want to use my security questions to reset it. I live out of the state and Canada, and can not reach you by phone. NOTE:- I know all my credentials . I guess I am locked as I tried more than one. thanks and have a Marry Xmas and Happy New Year.
