Good evening, Josue!
We can definitely help you with your password. There are a few options depending on your online account status.
If you know your current password for your TD Bank Online Banking account and you're able to log in right now, you can update your password after signing in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once you have done so, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. You're looking for the second link; please click on Change Password to complete an update.
If you're unsure of your password, don't worry; we still have plenty of options for you. If you remember your User Name and have a Social Security number, you'll be able to reset your password yourself. Please start here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Then, please click the Forgot your Password? link located below the password field. After entering your user name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, you'll be asked to answer two security questions. If you can successfully complete these steps, your password will be changed.
If you're inquiring about this change as your account has become locked or you don't have some of the information required to reset this yourself, a Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact us directly at 888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help you. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
We hope this provides the help you need Josue!
All the best and enjoy your night.
Kristen P, Mount Laurel
