Good afternoon Sonja,
Great to have you with us today – welcome to the community!
If you are able to access your Online Banking right now, you may update your security questions and answers after you log in by following the instructions below:
-After logging on to TD Bank Online with your user name and password, click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Under “Self Service," click on “Change Security Questions/Answers”
-Next to the question you wish to update or change, click on “Change”
-Follow the instructions on the screen and click “Update” when your changes are complete.
Just in case you're not able to access your online account, a member of our Banking Team can assist with changing or deleting your security questions and logging you into your account upon proper account verification. Please keep in mind that answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive; however they do require the answer you originally provided for the question. For example, if you originally answered "New York City" to the question "In what city were you born?", then you must provide "New York City" as the answer each time when your are being challenged with this question, not "New York" or "NYC."
