Happy Friday, Zach, and welcome to TD Helps.
We're sorry to hear that an unauthorized transaction may have been debited from your account, and we'll be more than happy to help.
If the unauthorized transaction that was debited from your account was initiated using your debit card, and you have not already done so, we'd like to recommend that you connect with us as soon as possible so that we may close your card to prevent any further unauthorized transactions from being debited. For your convenience, our Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000.
Once you've spoken with one of our Specialist, and have requested to have your debit card closed, you may also request to have a dispute filed on your behalf for these transactions. While we're unable to reverse any transactions that have already posted to your account, once a dispute has been filed we'll start an investigation. In most cases, funds may be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
If you're unable to call, but would still like to file a dispute, you're also welcome to visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We look forward to assisting you with your account at your earliest convenience, Zach.
Thanks again for stopping by TD Helps, and we hope you have a fantastic weekend.
