Welcome to TD Helps, Raymond. We appreciate your visit and would be happy to help!
If you currently utilize TD Online Banking and are signed up for paperless statements, you would be able to view your TD account online and determine if certain checks have been paid. After you log into your account from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and select the account you'd like to view. Then, select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. This will display up to 60 days of your account history. You also have the option to view your previous statements on the same page by clicking on Statements & Notices tab, if you'd like to review information prior to the most recent 60 days on your account.
If you are not enrolled in Online Banking yet, you may do so at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Account number, Social Security number and ATM/Debit card number to complete the enrollment. The system will lead you step-by-step through the process. If you have any questions about the enrollment process, please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
If you do not have paperless statements, you may have your check images displayed on your monthly statement. Please note that there may be fees for this additional service. Take a look at our Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. To request your check images to be included on your paper statements please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit a TD Store location. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If the check you'd like to view is unavailable, no worries, we have other options. You are always welcome to give one of our Banking Specialists a call at the telephone number listed above, and they can mail a copy to your home address. If you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request a check copy to be printed while you wait. You may also send us a Secure Message via Online Banking to request a copy. Once you're logged in to your Online Banking, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center.”
We hope this helps, Raymond. Should you need anything else, please let us know. Have a wonderful day!
