Thank you for writing into TD Helps, Lynda! We'll be sure to provide your options pertaining to your statements for 2014.
If you are enrolled in online banking, you have access to that last five years of your statements! Please sign into your account, select the account that you'd like to view, click on the Statements tab and select the year 2014 to view those statements. You also have to option of calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visiting us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Once our Banking Specialists verify your account information, they'll be able to submit a request for your 2014 statements. Please note that it can take 7-10 business days for these statements to be mailed to your home address.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at the telephone number listed above. You could also send us a secure message as well.
