Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Kenneth.
If you are searching for a copy of a check which has been paid in the past 60 days, you may view these via your Online Banking account. Once you log in, please select "All Available History" from the drop down box located under the "Account History" title, after you select the "Accounts" tab. Selecting this will allow you view and print any checks that have been paid recently from your account.
Additionally, if your account is enrolled for paperless statements, your cancelled check images are available to view on the last page of your statement, for any month in which your account was paperless. To view your statements online, after selecting the "Accounts" tab and the account you would like to view, please click on the green "Statements" tab to select the month and year of the statement. If you receive paper statements at this time instead, check images would also be printed on your paper statements if you opted to receive these for a small fee, or if your account type provides these free of charge
If you do not currently use Online Banking or your check image was not available, don't worry, as we have other ways to help you. You are always welcome to give one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000, and they can mail a copy to your home address. If you are nearby one of our TD Bank Stores, you can request a check copy to be printed while you wait. For a listing of Store hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Or, feel free to request copies while logged in to your Online Banking account, by sending a Secure Message. Once you're logged in, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right, then use the "Other Copy Requests" link to make your request.
Kindly note that we'll only be able to provide copies of checks that have been presented to your account for payment. Please also keep in mind that for multiple copies, fees can apply; please see http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for our current Fee Schedule.
We hope this information is helpful and enjoy the rest of your day!

Hi, Sylvia, thank you for visiting us on TD Helps today! We'll be glad to guide you in the right direction.
It sounds like you're having trouble getting into your Online Banking. If you forgot your password, you can check out this link: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to reset your password. If you have forgotten your username, or are locked out due to a security question, we'll be happy to speak with you, if you give us a call at 1-888-751-9000, anytime 24/7.
Once you regain access to your Online Banking, you may follow the steps mentioned above to view the checks that have cleared your account within the last 60 days. Please note, you will not be able to view an image of your deposited items. If you need to obtain a copy, or copies, of any deposits made, you may request this by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab, and select the "Other Copy Requests" link to make your request. Please be sure to enter the amount of the deposit, as well as the date it cleared the account.
If you are referring to a new account that you do not have access to online, please give us a call at the number provided above. A Representative will be able to add your new account to your Online Banking profile for immediate access.
We hope you find this information useful, Sylvia, and hope you have a nice day!
