I have been a member of TD for MANY years. I have checking, savings, credit card, and a mortgage through TD. I cannot locate my mortgage statements online. When I go to make a payment, it never tells me how much is due. There has to be a way that I can view my account online. Please help.

Thanks for joining us on TD Helps today, Bonnie. We are happy to guide you in the right direction today regarding viewing your Mortgage payments.
If you have other TD accounts such as a personal checking or savings account, you may enroll for Online Banking by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need the account number, ATM/Debit card, your social security number and email address.
If you happen to only have an existing mortgage with us, you will need to reach out to our Customer Service line to enroll. Please contact a Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000; or, you can visit a TD Bank Store during lobby hours. Please check here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for the TD Store locations and hours near you.
To obtain additional information on your mortgage, feel free to call our 24/7 Financial Solutions Group at 800-937-5020, visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours or send us a secured message through online banking. Once you are enrolled, please sign into your account and select Send a secured message located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page.
We hope this information is helpful to you, Bonnie and please take care.
