Right now it seems that I can only see completed transactions and not pending transactions in the TD banking app. This make it very inconvenient because I have to then go online to TD card services in order to look at pending transactions.

We certainly understand your concerns, and like to clarify a few things for you.
At this time, if you're looking at your credit card account through TD Bank Online Banking, please know that current payment or transaction information may not appear until the next statement is generated.
Since you are already enrolled online with TD Card Services you'll have enhanced access to your TD Bank credit card, such as to view detailed statements, request paperless statements, pay on-line, and view current/pending transactions.
When viewing your credit card through our TD Bank Online Banking, you do not have full access to your credit card information, as you would through TD Card Services directly.
If you have any further questions regarding your pending credit card transactions, we'd be happy to look into it for you. As TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum, we do not have access to specific account information help directly, but please give our Credit Card Customer Service Team a call 24/7 at 888-561-5561.
