Good of you to stop by TD Helps this afternoon, Nancy! We'll be glad to provide some options for you regarding your account statements.
You'll be pleased to know that you have access to your account statements through online banking. If you're not currently enrolled for online banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY . Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000 (800-493-7562, Option 2) for TD BusinessDirect.
Once you're enrolled in online banking, please sign into your account, click on the account that you'd like to view and select Statements & Notices (Statements for TD BusinessDirect). From there, you'll be able to view your account statements as far back as April 2010.
If you're referring a TD Visa credit card, you'll have access to your account statements online as well. Take a look here: www.tdcardservices.com and click here: http://bit.ly/1mZCFef to enroll your account. If you should have any additional questions, please contact one of our 24/7 TD Card Services Specialists at 888-561-8861 or you can visit any TD Bank during lobby hours. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We hope this helps and let us know if you have any questions, Nancy. Take care and have a wonderful Wednesday!
