Thanks for coming by TD Helps today, Diana! We'll be glad to provide the ways that you can view your 2014 account statements.
If your account(s) are enrolled in online banking, you have access to the past 5 years of account history. Please sign into your account, select the account that you'd like to view, click on the Statements tab and select the year that you'd like to view.
If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
You also have the option for one of our Specialists mailing your 2014 statements to your home address. Please give us a call at the telephone number listed above, visit us at any TD Bank location during lobby hours or send us a secured message through online banking requesting these copies. If you choose to send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Please note that it can take up to 7-10 business days for your copies to arrive at your home.
We hope this helps and let us know if you have any questions, Diana!
