Good evening, and thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Edmund! We'll be glad to point you in the right direction regarding check images.
If you are enrolled in paperless statements, you can view your check images up to the past 60 days. If the check in question is prior to the last 60 days of account activity, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours for assistance. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
If you are enrolled in online banking, you may send us a secured message as well. To send us a secure message, via your Online Banking, please select the "Customer Service" tab and beneath "Message Center" choose "Send a Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. To make a request for check images, you would need to change the subject to "Request a Transaction Copy." You will then be directed to select and fill out details about the check images that you're requesting including the date, amount and check number.
We hope this helps and enjoy the rest of your week, Edmund!

I am having a similar issue, however I have a business checking account and am working to balance my books for this year's tax season. I need access to all my check images throughout the year to see who/what the checks were for. I tried to access this online, however I can only see the past 60 days. If I were to go into a TD bank near me, would they be able to pull up all the check images from the last year? Please let me know as soon as possible. I wasn't anticipating this being an issue, and I am now getting a little stressed!

Welcome to the conversation, Joseph.
Depending on the type of business account you currently have, the check images may be available to view on the last page of your statements. To view your statements, once you're logged in online please click on the name of your account (which will be listed in blue) and then select the Statement tab.
If your check images are not available on your statements you are welcome to visit a nearby TD location for this information. It may be a good idea to call ahead to place the request. For a listing of our Stores and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Additionally, you may give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or send us a secure message to request this information as well.
To send a secure message, please log in to your account and click on the "Customer Service" tab and choose "Send a Secure Message." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose a subject. To make a request for check images, you would need to change the subject to "Request a Transaction Copy." Please note that there may be a fee for this service. For further details please view our Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
We hope this helps, Joseph and please let us know if you have any other questions.
