One way you have to obtain this information is to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, a Banking Specialist will be glad to provide you with this information and also answer any additional questions you may have.

If you are enrolled for Online Banking you may send us a secure message with the transaction(s) in question and we'll be happy to reply with the information requested. To send a secure message, once you're logged in on the left hand side of the page, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”.
